Team Leadership: Motivate and manage a 10+ person team.

Business Growth: Drive KPIs, income targets, and private/NHS revenue.

Compliance Support: Maintain standards (not CQC registered manager role).

Marketing: Oversee social media (Instagram/Facebook) and patient engagement.

Finance: Budget management, P&L review, and clinician support.

Recruitment: Manage hiring and onboarding to maintain team culture.

✅ Requirements:

Prior experience in dental practice management is essential

Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills

Commercial acumen to support growth and profitability

Familiar with iComply, social media tools, and dental systems

A calm, solution-oriented mindset
