Practice Manager

We are excited to welcome a proactive, approachable, and highly organised Practice Manager to join our fully private, modern dental practice in the scenic town of Penarth. At Smile Studio Dental, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in a warm, welcoming environment – and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion.
As Practice Manager, you’ll lead and support our friendly clinical team, manage daily operations such as patient flow and diary scheduling, ensure smooth compliance and stock control, and oversee financial procedures. Your leadership will help maintain a safe, happy, and efficient workplace for both patients and staff. A flair for creativity and social media is a bonus, as you’ll help us showcase what makes Smile Studio special online.
