ZEST Dental Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly reputable Independent Dental Practice in Swansea, offering an exceptional opportunity for a part-time Associate Dentist in a predominantly private setting.

3–4 days/week (flexible days)

Inheriting an established patient list from a relocating dentist

No UDA targets – hourly rate for NHS (~£46/hr)

10% monthly value of patient list

Additional private income (50% split)

Prevention-led contract with full Hygienist & Therapist support

✅ Candidate Requirements:

GDC Registered Dentist

Active NHS Performer Number (UK)

NHS experience within the UK system

Strong communication and clinical skills
