Full-time, permanent position

Lead the day-to-day operations of a multi-surgery practice

Ensure CQC compliance and team development

Oversee staff, HR procedures, and performance

Enhance the patient journey across NHS & private services

Drive business growth, private revenue, and operational efficiency

Take part in marketing and promotion of private offerings

👤 About You:

Experienced Dental or Healthcare Practice Manager

Must be CQC Registered Manager (or eligible)

Strong background in HR, compliance, and team leadership

Commercially minded and an effective team motivator

Dental experience preferred, but strong candidates from optical or medical backgrounds also considered
