Heart Dental is currently recruiting a Practice Manager for a reputable and fully equipped dental practice near Sale, Greater Manchester. If you're an experienced dental professional with leadership skills and a background in dental nursing, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance

Staff Leadership: Inspire and manage a high-performing team in a supportive environment

Patient-Centered Focus: Champion outstanding care and satisfaction

HR & Recruitment: Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and team development

Compliance & Safety: Enforce high standards of health, safety, and GDPR compliance

Technology Oversight: Manage dental software systems (CRM/PRM, Exact, DCME preferred)

Communication & Collaboration: Foster internal team alignment and liaise with suppliers

Process Improvement: Continuously enhance workflow and efficiency

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Practice Manager

Background as a qualified Dental Nurse

Experience using CRM / PRM systems and Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of CQC, GDPR, health & safety regulations

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and crisis management skills

Bonus if you’ve used Exact and DCME
