Daily Practice Operations: Oversee HR, scheduling, finance, and compliance

Leadership: Provide hands-on management and motivate a skilled team

Finance & Strategy: Analyse financials, negotiate contracts, improve profitability

Referral Network Management: Create, manage, and track referral strategies

Marketing & Retention: Use patient data to develop marketing initiatives for retention and new patient acquisition

Business Development: Support growth through competitor analysis and market research

✅ Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in dental practice management (essential)

Strong understanding of compliance, operations, and team leadership

Skilled in dental software / CRM systems

Comfortable analysing financial data and contributing to commercial growth

Strong communication, delegation, and strategic thinking skills
